BuyWaterfronts.com is an advertising-based website that specializes in presenting ads for residential and recreational waterfront and water view properties that are for sale, either by a broker or by a real estate agent. This web site is an advertising medium only. Even though we are owners of a real estate company that specializes in selling waterfront property, that is a separate entity from BuyWaterfronts, LLC. There are no sales commissions of any type involved in this site.

When placing any ad on our site, you certify that you are the property owner's authorized agent, and that the property is available for marketing purposes. You further certify that you have a legal right to place the property listing(s), including all of its(their) respective content, photos, and/or video, and you grant us the right to post all such content. You agree not to include any content, either directly or through linkages to other sites, that may be deemed to be vulgar, obscene, misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, slanderous or otherwise offensive. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to refuse or delete any property listing or advertisement that contains such content. Refunds for any listings or ads so deleted will not be granted. 

The content of individual property listings is the sole responsibility of the party placing the advertisement, and we can make no guarantees regarding its accuracy or truthfulness. We will continually monitor BuyWaterfronts.com to keep our site free of objectionable content, however, we cannot be responsible for information or content posted by other parties without our consent or knowledge. We welcome your input to notify us of any material that may be objectionable and that has gotten past our screening processes. Also, as we continually monitor our site with absolute professional service as our objective, we do not make or otherwise imply a warranty or representation that our service will be uninterrupted or virus-free.
