How do I find properties? |

Mouse over "Search" on the Navigation Bar and the countries will drop down. Select your country choice, then select your State/Province from the map or list. A list of areas with available properties will appear. Select your desired area. Or you can use our Advanced Search if you know exactly what you want and where. Back_to_Top |

How do I upload Photos? |

After adding your listing information, go to add photos. Click the browse button and select your photo(s). It's best to only upload 5 at a time unless they have already been resized. Back_to_Top |

How do edit Listings? |

After you have logged in, click "edit my listings". If you are a paying subscriber, you would then click on the pencil icon of your listing. If you are on a promo account, you would click on "modify my listing". Back_to_Top |

How come my Link to my Website, Blog, etc. doesn't work? |

You have to make sure that you included the http://. If you don't, the system doesn't recognize it as an external link. Back_to_Top |

How do I sign up as an Agent? |

You have to go to Agent Registration on the Navigation Bar, under Brokers/Agents, and enter your information. Then click continue. Back_to_Top |

How do I change my Listing from Active to Sold or Under Contract? |

After you have logged on as an Agent, you click on "Edit My Listings". Then you go to the listing you want to edit and click on the pencil or "modify my listing". Right above the Home Features check box and MLS field, you will see the "Status" field. Click on it and it will drop down your choices. Click on the one you want. Back to Top |
