Michigan Waterfronts
Michigan is a state with lots of waterfront shoreline. There are 3,200 miles of shoreline and miles of rivers, and 11,000 interior lakes. Just click on a highlighted area to view the available properties for sale.
Lakes and Rivers
There has to be a place to start. Doesn't there? We might as well start with the Three Rivers area since we have several interior lakes there. We have Corey Lake, Fisher Lake, Pleasant Lake, Clear Lake, Harwood Lake, and Little Pleasant Lake. These lakes aren't extremely large in size, but they have plenty of depth and sporting opportunities.
Not far from there we have Lake Templene in Sturgis, Howard Lake in Vicksburg, Long Lake in Colon, and Big Fish Lake in Marcellus.
Halfway between Ann Arbor and Brighton on US 23 we have Whitmore Lake.
Great Lakes
One of the Great Lakes, Lake Michigan is on the western border of the state. Heading west on Interstate 94 from Kalamazoo to the Lake Michigan coast is the City of St. Joseph, which is also on the St. Joseph River. There are some incredible waterfront properties there. Just a 30 minute ride down the coast, and north of the state border with Indiana, is the community of New Buffalo on the Gold Coast of Lake Michigan.
Due west of Grand Rapids on the Lake Michigan Coast is the community of Grand Haven, which also has Spring Lake.
Well, we started. There are 4 Great Lakes around Michigan and we'll be adding information and listings from there soon.
